Your images are private by default

MIMIC uses the photos and style references you upload only to provide the avatar generation you request. We do not publish, sell or use your uploads for advertising. We will ask for separate permission before using any image as a public example.

Image processing and deletion

MIMIC does not keep permanent copies of the original subject photos or style references you upload. They are sent to the disclosed AI provider only to perform the generation you request.

The generated-avatar delivery link normally expires about 24 hours after completion, so you should download a result you want to keep. We retain limited generation records such as status, model, creation usage and any optional match feedback you submit for product improvement, account history, support and fraud prevention. The provider may retain task or processing data under its own policy for a different period.

Account and payment information

We process basic account information such as your name, email and login details. Google may provide account information when you choose Google sign-in. Stripe processes payment information; MIMIC does not store full card numbers.

What we keep

• Account information while your account is active.
• Purchase and creation records required for support, accounting and fraud prevention.
• Limited security and service logs.
• Generation status, model and creation records; result links are temporary and normally expire after about 24 hours.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your account information and eligible generation records. Some transaction and security records may be retained when required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we limit access and collect only what is needed to operate MIMIC.
